the location was pretty good for accessing the underground service, shops, and food.

The bed mattress felt very uncomfortable, i woke up with an ache in my back and just couldn't find a comfy position. It was really frustrating!

i found the staff quite helpful, they were always available when i needed something. the room included a comfortable bed and fresh towels every day. there Was free parking at the rear of the building, a real benefit. i also liked the discount on food and drinks offered to guests.

the room decor seemed a little dated, it could use a refresh to brighten up the space.
